When i walked out the airport,my life of the futre will be change, i was imagine good or not good.But right now it is good my life is chang,before i come to the USA i m a lazy,i always thinking i can communicate with others and get job is like this,i know i get wrong i can't like this,cacuse i can't properly talk with others i m just like the deaf and dumb.i m a disabled person sometime i want to go back to china i want to give up.This moment,i don't have anergy to walk on the way,i m tired i need to rest.My brother tell me don't give up so easy.he said just the beginning if you study hard I believe you are the best,you must to try your best to change your life

First day in the US

I has been in US for 4 years. New youk is my first city where I live in US. That was in the winter time (pitcure 1). Also is the first time I saw the snowing in my life. So gorgeous and fantastic. I can not control my eyes to stop watching snowing. And I went to play the snow in the street with my cousins(pitcure 2). But couple days later, I miss my hometown and miss everything in china. And I was cry every single day, because after excited about the snow ,the American’s food and the new things. Because the house in New York is very old and expensive . So I was try to talk to my parents what I am thinking. But they said that is everything for my life. That’s why I am here. I have to study hard to improve my English. I got a lot of pressure when I came to US. But is not meaning I hate US. I still enjoying my life in US. Thanks for reading.

First day in the US

The first day in the US is the most eventful day in my life. i was extremerly expecting how does America look like. After a long fly, i still get much energy. i couldn't wait to get off the plane. I still remember there was a snowy evening when i step out the airprot and watched the beautiful lights shinning around me. I felt emotinal when i saw so many straing faces.With the limited English i could speak, i was nervous standing on the street. There was an old woman coming to me and said "Hi ". i was shy to say hi back. But her smile ecouraged me wo be strong in this country. There was a tear coming out from my eye, maybe that was a tear meaning happy that i have been so lucky can see a wonderful place like US. Or maybe it was a tear meaning sad that i was so alone in this place. But mostly it was a tear meaning thankful that i can be here to started my new life. That was my first in the US, the wind dry my tear, the smiling faces told me my dream must be comes true in the US.

Frist time in the U.S

I still rembuter how i felt when i came to the U.S It's excited and nervous . And I saw alot of new things i was like 14years old .And it was snowing that day is my frst time saw what snow look's like so i never forget it was beautiful.

When i first time came to the United States

I remember when i first time came to the United States about 4 years ago with my family. Before I was living in China and loved my county,but for many reasons i must leave in China. I was sad a long time...
when i got out from airport, i saw an older man waiting for us. I forgot his name,but i remember he walked slowly and spoke a little bit. He drove 50 mph speed in the highway, there were too many farms on the both side. I saw a lot of cows and horses. I don't know when i was sleeping.when woke up i looked at the outside of the window,also saw a lot of cows and horses eating the grass. I felt boring and disappointed.

This is my first time came to the united states，sometimes i fell interesting about that…

First day in the U.S

I came here 5 months ago. Everything is bigger than my country. Chicago atmosphere is very cleaner than I thought. Chicago have a lot of skyscrapers. I arrived here at night. So I could see night view. I think Chicago night view is better than another city.

In 2009 when I came to Chicago, I think my life will be change. Chicago is a beautiful city. And People are very nicely and kindly. Chicago's weather is very comfortable. When the summer,This city have a lot of Exhibition，Chicago Taste，Free outdoor concerts and so on.Many people go to the Michigan lake,They do the BBQ or swimming ,and running.I like to go to the lake with my family. Also, I like to go to the Museum,Planetarium and Aquarium。I like this city ,The city give me Vitality.

I came to chicago about 2 years ago.
I was in English school but actually i didnt go to school because i was making music in southside of chicago with naibor.
when i came to chicago, i went to southside and started to look for a apartment.A lot of things happened while i was looking for apartment because i was a only one asian walking and looking for apartment at 63rd and kingdrive called Englewood.

When I came to US,I just 15 years old, that the age not know that much thing.I don't know what I going to do next,where I go,and what I will be.At first time my mom tool me we have to come to US,I just think "what??" and "what next,that is??" And when I came here, this is the city not that much different for the one I live before.I do something like what I did in China,but not go outside.I just start to go out when I knew some friend at school.

Hi, i have been U.S for like almost 4yers. I graduate high school in here. i would like to make more friends in America, I want finish my college education in here also.
My favor sport is basketball. I can dunk when 2 years ago, but right now, too fat to get that. I am the international student so anything i do by my self and I always tell my self no excuse. This is my first yeas of my college. I enjoy the new friends, new area, also I meet a good teacher in Harold Washington college. So nice to meet you everybody.

First Day at USA

First day here= Nightmare

i still remember my first day here, i got out from airport, and waiting for my mama. There was a man who was talking to me in English.

" Hey, whats up?" he said.

Of course i didnt say anything, because i thought he was asking me what is up? i was like, ok this is a joke isnt it?! He knows whats up, SKY of course, what else it can be! i thought he wasnt that friendsly, so i ignored him, just standing there and waiting my mom.

Later on, she came, and said same thing as that guy just said.
"whats up, Eason."

i felt really really werid at that time, is American people stupid? Its not funy at all, stop asking me whats up, my answer will only be SKY, thats it, and be honest, i was kinda mad.

i asked my mom, "Ma, why does everyone ask me what is up? R they blind or what?"

My mama was laughing like when a kid get a candy.

" why? what r u laughing at?" i asked.

" Son, They asked u whats up is not like they were asking u what is up. They were just Greeting. Like, hey how is going or how do u do. U cant be mean to people who asked this question, just answer: nothing much. "

i was totally freak out, i felt so sorry to that guy, i bet he hated me at that moment.

It is very funny, isnt it?! But when the time i know what mean "whats up" is, i felt so embarrassed. :C

Its my first day here, i like to share my story with anyone, i hoep it made u laugh. ;D
