The First Day In The United State

    I love The United State. I have been living in Chicago for 13 years, but I still remember the first day that I arrived here. It was 8th, July 1998. As a new immigration, I needed to be interviewed by the immigration office. I was so afraid that the officer would  as interrogated me as a guilty, because most of the officer would do it in China at that time. My English was so poor that I didn't know how to handle my interview. When I faced to the officer, all of my worry had gone. The officer was very nice and patient to me. He talked to me with his action language for helping me to understand, and help me to take the file that it was needed. At the end, he welcame me to The U.S. heartfelt. I am so glad for living in The U.S.

This Redeye for this week is very boring and the only thing that has a little bit funny was the news about the Facebook make some changes in the Thursday, September 22.But that have nothing I would interesting about Facebook make a changes. Of course anytime Facebook make any changes will make a very big different for the people who using the new thing that Facebook make the changes with. New CTA?

I read the Redeye this morning, there is a news about CTA on page 9.

City announces plan for cleaning transit stations

Mayor announced a plan that he says will allow the city to clean and repair CTA train stations more efficiently. But its gonna cost $25million using money thats available because of cuts to the CTA bureaucracy.

My mama is a big fan of CTA, she is old fashion of course. She really likes the train of chicago, and she knows history about it, she always tells me that the train of chicago is really amazing... ( i was like, F*** yeah, ha, IT IS AMAZING. Slow, Old, Dirty, UNSAFE)

But if they really will clean it up, repair it, i may be going to like it like my mama does. :D And i hope its will be repaired and cleaned, becuase i have to take train to school everyday, i cant drive my car to downtown, the parking is very expensive. So if they really do that, i will thank them, myabe buy some cookies for them. :D

This article is about Mayor Emanuel announced a plan that the city to clean and repair Cta train stations more efficiently. City workers and private contractors will work tpgether from station to station to complete all the work ar once.Currently, different kinds of workers perform the station repair on different schedules. The wffort will cost about $25 million .
I think this is a great idea that we are goinf to see a better station more for better city under our Mayor. There are a lot of compain about the station for a long time. Such as "all the red line stations are nasty. Blue line ones are creepy. And pretty much all the station elevators smell like pee". We need to take this problem seriously. I am wondering we can have a new clean station after the renewal effort for CTA stations.

This article stated that 83% of Americans eat at there desk, which brings me to my next point that 45% of men rarely or never clean there work area and alongside women in which 30% are like the men who don't clean there work area or desk. Since that amount of percent of Americans don't clean there work areas, they have more sick days as desktops hide bacteria that can lead to food borne illness. It was said in this article that the average desktop has 100 times more bacteria than a kitchen table. Also 400 times more bacteria than the average seat. 

Opinion:

I think that when people read this article they should be in formed and scared enough to clean there desks or work areas. they should also make it a habit that they will keep this up instead of doing it once or twice  and forgetting about it.

Service restored on Green Line after man killed

The man got killed by the Green Line in the morning. The person was dead on the tracks just east of Cicero. The Police said that because the person jumped in front of the train, but the reason why he jumped would be a question. CTA spokeswoman said that the train power was shut off in both directions between pulaski and Laramie. Until service resumed shortly after 10 a.m.

The title is Dirty desk .want some keyboard critters with that sandwich? eating on the job can be hazardous to your health . the last time you wiped down your desk and shook crumbs from your keyboard was - yep. that is not good news if you are one of th8 3 percent of us who eat at their desks ,according to a recent survey. and wash your hand .the desktop dinning survey found only half of us say they always wash their hands before eating lunch.
in my opinion. healthy is very important for everyone .

When the Stuffy Pete wake up the next morning in the hospital ,he find the Old Gentleman,and he is very uncomfortable,Pete swear he will repay to the Old Gentleman, And then he leave the hospital. After a year ,When the thanksgiving day coming,the Old Gentleman still in the same restaurant,and wait Pete. When he seeing Pete, he dont belive his eye ,Pete is not fat ,and he looks like a rich Gentleman.Pete told Old Gentleman, after he leave the hospital ,he spent a lot of time to do work. he getting 3 parttime Job a day ,just beacuse he swear he will repay to the Old Genteman and he successful .The Old Gentleman is very excitement. Pete say he will help with the Old Gentleman to help more and more pool people ,and maintain tradition.after then he will set up a Foundation.He will support the old Gentleman always.

Stuffy Pete starts crying, this is the cold weather at the night. Stuffy Pete knews he would never see the old gentleman again, beacause the old gentleman is already pass away. Imagine that I’m Stuffy Pete. Situation : just wake up in the hospital.

Oh, my god. Why am I still here? I must get out of this hospital. What if old gentle man knows that I overate? Maybe he disdains me. He must be thinks that I’m very greedy person. Maybe he doesn’t treat me anymore. One thing I did great job is I make him happy, right? I deny that I overate. However, it’s true. Because two old women serve me food. It just like parade of Thanksgiving food. Um.. I love that ice-cream. It makes me slobber again. It is great pleasure but I shouldn’t have to eat. It ruins all our tradition. Maybe I shouldn’t have gone there to meet old gentle man. Just one year. Everybody do the mistake. I just pretend I forgot it and next year “Oh, I forgot to meet you.” Well, it doesn’t make sense anymore. He already knows! Doctor must be said something to him. I’m highly sure he said I ate too much food. Anyway, that doesn’t matter anymore. The most important thing is his feeling. I don’t want to see his disappoint face. He treats me 9 years. It’s not easy, isn’t it? I must appreciate his behave. He treats me, this Stuffy Pete. While the other person just ignore and call me as a “HOBO”. He is real gentle man I’ve ever seen.
