This article is about bicyclist soon will face the same restrictions agains texting while riding in chicago as motorists do while behind the wheel. It will charge $20 for the first offense and go up to $100 for a third or subsequent violation. If there is an accident it will be$500. So it will be prohibitted from texting or making phone calls during bicycle.
i think it is a good thing because i saw some crazy bicyclist were riding so fast on the roads. i think is better limited their speed. it is much more safter for people who drive. because usually many accident causing by the bicycle. i am glad that there is a rule such prohibited their crazy acttions.
